Year 9 this half term have been working on a project to create a moving Robot with Lego NXT, that plays a tune and shows off some moves.
Each robot had to have a theme and some sort of character to carry around the classroom.

If you want to be involved in this process, we will email you the proposed document and will then welcome your suggestions for improvement. If this is something you feel you would enjoy doing, please email our Director of Community: email@example.com
Well done to our 6th form boys volleyball team who beat Tresham College 3-1 tonight. It was a convincing win against opposition that included ex Wrenn pupils. More fixtures coming soon.
Big congratulations to our Boys and Girls u15 Volleyball teams who both came first in the regional u15 competition.
This was the first volleyball competition some of the pupils had played in so it was great to get a Tournament win at their first try especially against some established club sides. This was only round one of the competition with 3 other rounds to come.
It is hoped this will be the start of a great season for both the boys and girls teams with the school games competition coming up next month along with the county schools 6-a-side competition starting soon.
National Poetry Day
On Thursday 4th October we celebrated National Poetry Day by inviting the dynamic and energetic performance poet Dreadlock Alien back to Wrenn. Every year group in school was given a vibrant poetry performance as well as helpful exam tips for our Key Stage 4 students. Both staff and students are delighted to see the return of Dreadlock Alien and his visits always create a buzz around the whole school.
There are still places available for the Year 7 French Trip. Anyone interested please contact the school on 01933 222039 for more information.
We are pleased to announce that the Wrenn staff Macmillan Coffee Morning that we held on Friday 28th September raised a fantastic £220.53!
Thanks to the fabulous bakers!
